South Bank Ramblers Family Walk, Monday 2nd May
Over 40 adults and 25 children aged from 5 months to 11 years went on the first ever South Bank group walk from Canary Wharf to Island Gardens on the Isle of Dogs. It was a beautiful clear day, though very windy, and everyone enjoyed walking alongside the Docks with the superb views of Canary Wharf. The highlight of the day was a visit to Mudchute Urban Farm and looking at the baby animals (as well as llamas).
More family walks are planned for future programmes.
