Wed 05 August 2026 - TONBRIDGE CIRCULAR VIA PENSHURST & LEIGH - Roger B

Leaving Tonbridge station we cross parkland and tributaries of the River Medway to enter Haysden Country park, an area of lakes and water meadows before joining the Eden Valley Walk through rolling countryside to Penshurst Place, home to the Sidney family and the village of Penshurst. After lunch we circuit Penshurst Place and head up into the Penshurst estate and on to the Village of Leigh. From Leigh we follow footpaths via the Haysden Country Park back to Tonbridge.
