Sun 11 OCT 2026 - OXTED CIRCULAR VIA LIMPSFIELD - Paul T

This circular walk will be in a highly varied and scenic area to the east and south of Oxted in Surrey.  From Oxted station , we will follow roads and fields to briefly visit Limpsfield, an attractive village with many historic buildings. We will then pass through woodland, cross a golf course and do a little road walking to reach Limpsfield Chart. Our route then follows the Greensand way eastwards through woods before we loop back to stop for lunch at a green space with benches.  After lunch we will largely follow the Greensand Way westwards through Pain's Hill, Limpsfield Common, Oxted Mill and Old Oxted, before returning to Oxted station from the west. The terrain is largely flat, but there are potentially some muddy and uneven sections along the way.
