The NDW is a 153 mile walking route from Farnham, Surrey to Dover, Kent. A brisk walk climbing out of Wye, passing the Devils Kneading Trough and the village of Stowting. Spectacular views from the Downs before a sharp descent to Sandling. Several very steep hills including one after lunch. 

Lunch: Tiger Inn, Stowting, or picnic on grass
